Human Being - Live 1968
After many delays Nepenthe Music is please to announce Human Being - Live 1968 is in the final pre production phases. The package will consist of a 4 panel DigiPak with a 12-page insert. This release will include photos and extensive linner notes written by Stephen Iliffe. Due to the nature of this recording as well as the information included with this release, Human Being - Live 1968 will only be available as a compact disc release. Look for this late spring.

Dwight Ashley Collaborates with Leimer
Nepenthe Artist Dwight Ashley recently collaborated with Kerry Leimer for his new solo release, The Useless Lesson. Additional collaborators in this release were Leo Abrahams, (solo artist and guitarist on Brian Eno's Another Day on Earth) and phonographer Anode. The CD is comprised of constructed and deconstructed pieces juxtaposed to disclose the contrasts and commonality of organizing and recognizing sound into and as music. for more information visit Palace of Lights.

Originating from WXPN, Non-commercial Radio from the University of Pennsylvania, STAR'S END has occupied this time slot since its inception back in 1976 making it one of the longest running radio programs of Ambient/Space music in the world. The music is presented in a non-stop drifting blend and drawn from a diversity of genres including: electronic, ambient, space music, chillout, avant-garde, low-intensity noise, new age, international, spoken word and classical. The anticipated 1968 recording of Human Being at the Zodiak update: due to unforeseen circumstances this release has been delayed until July of 2007. The good news is Stephen Illife will be writing the liner notes.

Dwight Ashley's Watermelon Sugar, A collection of solo material from the early 90's will be available 03/01/07. As with Dwight's prior release Ataxia, Robert Rich did the mastering.

During the summer of 2006 Hans Roedelius, Tim Story and Dwight Ashley recorded material working under the group name A.R.S.(e). We are quite happy about this release, Look for A.R.S.(e) to come out in December of 2008.
